Wellbeing coaching for Autistic and/or ADHD women, non-binary people, and other marginalised genders - whether or not you have an official diagnosis.
Supporting late-discovered folks to create sustainable ways of living through self-awareness, self-advocacy and self-acceptance.
I offer three different coaching 'containers'. Each is designed to meet you where you are at on your own exploration of neurodivergence:
Mapping the territory
For those who are relatively early on in discovering and learning about their neurodivergence. Think of this like the map at the start of any good fiction book - helping to navigate your world.
Sustainable working
You've finally succeeded in getting that Access to Work grant - nice, and you're looking for 'coping strategy' coaching that goes beyond the generic, one-size-fits all toolbox.
Ok, now what?
You've got a solid understanding of your neurodivergent experience, and sustainable working. Now you're wondering what's next - perhaps expanding your map to explore new islands/areas, or navigating new seas.
As with all 'containers', 'scaffolds', 'frameworks' (insert your preferred word here) - the idea is to provide enough structure whilst allowing space for adaptations and personalisation.

8 x 50-minute 1:1 online coaching sessions.
Focussed on understanding your neurodivergent experience.
Think of this is as creating a map of your particular landscape.
£800

12 x 50-minute 1:1 online coaching sessions.
Designed for those with an Access to Work grant for workplace coaching.
Going beyond 'coping strategies' and into sustainable working, aligned to your values.
£1440

6+ x 50-minute 1:1 online coaching sessions.
Ideal for those who understand the territory, have sustainable work practices and are wondering 'now what?'
Focus on exploring new paths, encouraging creativity and curiosity.
£150 per session
My own model developed in consultation with other neurodivergent folks:
This model was also inspired and influenced by Louise Lucas' work on 'Supporting Neurodivergent Wellbeing'.
Creating a supportive, understanding environment tailored to your needs.
The foundational model taught in my neurodiversity coaching certification:
There are times when validation is vital, especially when getting through the day is enough.
There are also times when you’re ready to be gently challenged, to step into new ways of thinking and being.
In coaching, I offer both. The question is whether you’re open to both.
Growth can be slow and non-linear, but it still asks for your attention. If all your energy is going into getting through the day, it may be hard to engage.
Although sometimes the work is learning how to create more space.
You don’t need unshakable confidence, but it helps if your worth isn’t something you’re asking coaching to prove.
This space works best when there’s a quiet sense, however small, that you’re already enough.
If that feels out of reach, therapy can help build that foundation first.
Coaching isn’t a quick fix (there's nothing to fix).
It’s a space for experimentation, and curiosity not just outcomes.
Even faintly, there’s something in you reaching for more - meaning, possibility, aliveness.

Hello, I'm Ren (they/them).
I’m a qualified neurodiversity and wellbeing coach, trainer, speaker and founder of Curious Coaching. I’m also a late-discovered Autistic ADHD-er.
Constant curiosity has taken me from trying to understand the origins of the Universe as a particle Physicist, to delving into what it means to be neurodivergent in a world built for neurotypicals.
Curiosity and wellbeing are the 'red threads' that run through my coaching practice.
Many coaches focus on strategies and techniques to 'hack' the brain. I like to start from a place of understanding your neurodivergence and making sure you are well resourced.
Whilst Access to Work loves 'coping strategies', I don't subscribe to the idea that we should be aiming only to 'cope'. Instead my focus is on sustainability and work that is aligned to your values.
I have an integrative and holistic approach to coaching. Bringing together my different lived experiences and qualifications in yoga teaching, wellbeing and neurodiversity coaching.
Occasionally I draw on the more philosophical aspects of my PhD in particle physics, and interest in Buddhist principles.
Please get in touch if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes, I do.
Please email me, or book a call, to talk about which coaching option is the best fit for you and for the funding you have been allocated.
I only offer monthly sessions in the 'Ok, now what?' container.
The reason for this it is easier to maintain momentum, establish accountability, and build new habits with more frequent 1:1s.
This time is for you to experiment and explore what we have talked about . It gives you the opportunity to make small changes and reflect on what works for you, ready for our next conversation. We can learn so much through actually doing the thing, and seeing how it goes.
If you would like to work together then the process could look something like this:
