Discover tools and strategies for navigating your workplace

Sustainable working - Access to Work

This coaching framework offers the space to first create a map of your neurodivergent experience, before applying this to your working environment and identifying what tools and supports are needed for it to feel sustainable.

Discovering you're neurodivergent can feel like being dropped into a new world, or at least seeing it from an entirely different perspective.

Trying to make sense of all of this whilst navigating your working life can feel like trying to hold space for two very different worlds to exist simultaneously.

Maps help us feel more familiar with the territory

What we choose to bring along in our metaphorical (or literal) backpacks, is what supports us to navigate through the landscape sustainably.

What does this involve?

12 x 50 minute 1:1 online coaching sessions.

These can be weekly or fortnightly with invited explorations between each (I don’t set homework).

We start by spending around 6 sessions mapping out your neurodivergent experience.

This could involve exploring :

  • sensory needs and your nervous system
  • understanding your energy and capacity
  • exploring executive function
  • managing focus
  • regulating emotions
  • navigating dysregulation
  • identifying what you find regulating
  • your preferred ways of communicating

In our first coaching session we can talk through what feels most relevant for you.

Once we have this mapped out, we can get curious about how these experiences show up in the workplace. Noticing what elements of the environment are supportive and which dysregulate you.

By identifying your specific strengths and challenges we then work together to build highly tailored strategies.

Price - £1440 (£120 per session)

It can be exhausting

  • spending every day trying to fit into a box of how you 'should' work, whilst also wanting to make space for working with your brain

  • moving through cycles of hyper-productivity and then crashing into burnout

  • trying to understand what support you're entitled to and whether to disclose to your employer

  • finally getting your Access to Work grant and looking for coaching beyond the one-size-fits-all approach

What if you could...?

  • understand how your current working environment interacts with your neurodivergent experience

  • have a selection of personalised tools and techniques to navigate your workplace

  • communicate your needs in a way that feels accessible for you - asking for the support you need, with or without disclosing your neurodivergence

Is coaching the right support for now?

Able to be both held and stretched

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Able to be both held and stretched

There are times when validation is vital, especially when getting through the day is enough.

There are also times when you’re ready to be gently challenged, to step into new ways of thinking and being.

In coaching, I offer both. The question is whether you’re open to both.

Have some energy for change

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Able to be both held and stretched

Growth can be slow and non-linear, but it still asks for your attention. If all your energy is going into getting through the day, it may be hard to engage.

Although sometimes the work is learning how to create more space.

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

You don’t need unshakable confidence, but it helps if your worth isn’t something you’re asking coaching to prove.

This space works best when there’s a quiet sense, however small, that you’re already enough.

If that feels out of reach, therapy can help build that foundation first.

Here for the process

Feel a spark of curiosity

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Coaching isn’t a quick fix (there's nothing to fix).

It’s a space for experimentation, and curiosity not just outcomes.

Feel a spark of curiosity

Feel a spark of curiosity

Even faintly, there’s something in you reaching for more - meaning, possibility, aliveness.

What if I don't have an access to work grant?

This framework has been designed to align with Access to Work Coaching so that it can be funded by your grant.

However, it is not exclusively for those with an Access to Work grant.
