It can feel intimidating to make the change that's calling

Ok, now what?

At this point, you're pretty familiar with your neurodivergent experience, and what sustainable working looks like for you.

Now you're wondering what's next - perhaps expanding your map to explore new islands/areas, or navigating new seas.

Note that I'm talking metaphorically here, this could be a change you want to make in your life.

This coaching container offers the space to explore your values, vision, and potential new path with creativity and curiosity.

First we'll take the time to get clarity on the change you want to make - what motivates you and what support you'll need in place.

Think packing your rucksack with all the gear you'll need before a hike, and identifying places to rest and recover.

Then we'll (metaphorically) set off, finding a pace that suits you, and building confidence through taking accessible steps.

What does this involve?

At least 6 x 50 minute 1:1 online coaching sessions.

These can be fortnightly or monthly with invited explorations between each (I don’t set homework).

We start by spending 2-3 sessions mapping out the change you want to make.

This could include:

  • identifying your personal values to act as anchor points on your journey
  • finding creative ways to map out and feel into your vision
  • getting clear on what resources and support you need
  • thinking about potential obstacles along the way

Once we have this mapped out, we can get curious about what your potential paths to making this change could be.

As a coach, I will be there to walk or sit alongside you,  helping to make new paths visible and see routes through when you might not.

Together we'll navigate each small (or big) step at a pace that works for you.

Price - £150 per session

Intentional, playful explorations of meaning - invitations into curiosity and spaciousness

Moving beyond survival mode

  • you've done the work to understand your neurodivergent experience, and can't help but think 'ok,  now what?'

  • change is on the horizon, in fact it's been signalling to you for a while but you're not sure how to navigate the transition

  • you feel overwhelmed thinking about just how much would need to shift to actually make the change

What if you could...?

  • feel clear about the direction you're headed and the steps to take along the way

  • move through periods of change and uncertainty knowing you have anchors in place to keep you grounded

  • have the confidence to take keep taking the small steps in that direction, knowing that you can navigate the inevitable bumps along the way

Is coaching the right support for now?

Able to be both held and stretched

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Able to be both held and stretched

There are times when validation is vital, especially when getting through the day is enough.

There are also times when you’re ready to be gently challenged, to step into new ways of thinking and being.

In coaching, I offer both. The question is whether you’re open to both.

Have some energy for change

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Able to be both held and stretched

Growth can be slow and non-linear, but it still asks for your attention. If all your energy is going into getting through the day, it may be hard to engage.

Although sometimes the work is learning how to create more space.

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

You don’t need unshakable confidence, but it helps if your worth isn’t something you’re asking coaching to prove.

This space works best when there’s a quiet sense, however small, that you’re already enough.

If that feels out of reach, therapy can help build that foundation first.

Here for the process

Feel a spark of curiosity

Trust, at least a little, that you’re OK

Coaching isn’t a quick fix (there's nothing to fix).

It’s a space for experimentation, and curiosity not just outcomes.

Feel a spark of curiosity

Feel a spark of curiosity

Even faintly, there’s something in you reaching for more - meaning, possibility, aliveness.

Is this the right container for you?
