Coaching availability

I currently have no availability for new coaching clients.

Create your foundations

Self-awareness coaching programme

 

6 x 50 minute 1:1 online coaching sessions. 


These can be weekly or fortnightly with invited explorations between each (I don’t set homework).


The 6 sessions focus on building your foundation of self-awareness:


  1. sensory needs and your nervous system
  2. understanding your energy and capacity
  3. managing focus
  4. regulating emotions
  5. identifying personal values
  6. your vision for the future


Investment - £600

It can get pretty overwhelming

  • reading all the information out there on Autism/ADHD, looking for others you can relate to and trying to make sense of yourself


  • being so excited about a new idea or project that you don’t notice you’re hungry, need the toilet and haven’t drunk any water today


  • wondering where on Earth the handbook is for navigating the whirlwind of discovering your neurodivergence

What if you could...?


  • throw out (or neatly put away back on the shelf) the rule book for what work ‘should’ look like. Creating your own set of guidelines that are aligned with your values

 

  • re-discover the joy of spending time doing the things you love, losing (finding) yourself in your own world

No, I'm joking (though they were really good).  I thought the way you responded to what I was bringing to sessions was really great, and I most appreciated the balance of general (neuro-informed) affirmation and useful information / concepts / frameworks to better grasp the challenges I've been experiencing. Looking for something more flexible?

Ad-hoc coaching

A minimum of 3 x 50-minute 1:1 online sessions on your choice of self-awareness, self-advocacy and self-acceptance topics. Flexible to what arises for you.
