Your choice of the following topics, but flexible to what arises for you.

  • your vision for the future
  • setting and maintaining boundaries
  • communicating needs and managing expectations
  • structuring your day
  • creating support systems
  • building confidence
  • recognising internalised ableism and masking

These can be weekly or fortnightly with invited explorations between each (I don’t set homework).

Investment - £120 per session

Talk about flexible coaching

It's a lot to process...

  • finding out that you are neurodivergent but having no idea where to start when it comes to working out what you need, how to ask for it, and whether or not to disclose to work

  • feeling overwhelmed by all the different work tasks, life admin and general demands of being an adult to the point that you get stuck and avoid doing any of it

  • resilient as hell from managing daily stress and anxiety, but maybe it would be nice to finally get out of the burnout cycle

What if you could...?

  • create a working day that gives you the variety and flexibility you need, built into a loose framework

  • give yourself permission to work in a way that supports your needs, trusting that the work will get done and that you can communicate expectations with those around you

  • throw out (or gently put down) the rule book for what work ‘should’ look like. Writing your own set of guidelines that are aligned to your values

  • tune into what you need in each moment and follow that intuition

I'd love to talk about this

What's it like to be coached by me?

What were the biggest challenges you were facing before working together?

What were the biggest challenges you were facing before working together?

What were the biggest challenges you were facing before working together?

"Being in a new job for a short period of time and not really understanding how to address my needs, or behave with "new people". Also emotional regulation across the board and just basic existence"

How would you describe your experience?

What were the biggest challenges you were facing before working together?

What were the biggest challenges you were facing before working together?

"I usually have an answer for everything and have found previous coaching to just be a way of filtering out some of the noise. Lauren goes an extra step in helping identify the things I hadn't even thought of, that turn out to be the best solution. It's basically like having an extra brain. "

What are you doing differently as a direct result of coaching?

"Better able to articulate needs without feeling like a dickhead Managing work a lot better"
